Adult Tea Parties

We'll serve two kinds of tea with light, tea-time fare in three courses ranging from savory to sweet for a group of eight (8) or more. Enjoy the traditional elegance of white table linens with beautiful China plates and tea service (attractive flatware, too). Simple, elegant table decor and fun hats complete the look and feel! Commemorate the occasion with photos against the provided backdrop.

We can host our parties at Phoenix Pharmacy on Gay St, Knoxville, TN for no additional charge, but we will gladly set up at your home or another venue*

Children's Tea Party

Children will enjoy tea time featuring Berry Bunch - a delightfully sweet herbal blend that contains no caffeine. They'll drink their tea from a child-friendly tea service and enjoy a kid-friendly menu of sandwiches, savory accompaniments, and sweets! Guests can complete their tea party "look" with provided tiaras, tutus, and top hats. Commemorate the occasion with photos against the provided backdrop.

We host our parties at the Phoenix Pharmacy on Gay St, Knoxville, TN, or in your home.

Details

For adult parties we serve 2 types of tea during your party; you may choose ahead of time from a selection of black, green, or white tea; we also offer no-caffeine herbals.

For children's parties we offer Berry Bunch herbal blend and your choice of another decaf or no-caffeine option.

Food is crafted by one or more of our partners and is included in the price of your tea party: you'll work with Mandy ahead of time to determine your exact menu.

The adult menu consists of 3 courses; you'll receive your options

The children's menu includes sandwiches and savory side items followed by sweet treats. The children's menu is peanut free.

Our party services last a little over 2 hours: 1.5 hours for tea service and food plus a little extra time for arrivals and goodbyes.

We can host your party at the Phoenix Pharmacy on Gay St, Knoxville, TN, or in your home at no additional charge. We are also able to bring our tea party to the venue of your choice. If using a different venue please secure the usage/rental agreement before finalizing your tea party date.

If you book a venue other than Phoenix Pharmacy, you are 100% responsible for any and all fees; if additional equipment (e.g. tables/chairs, tents) are required, please make those arrangements yourself or use services offered by the venue.

For ADULT parties, we can accommodate 8-20 guests for our basic tea party package, which includes tea service and tea party fare in 3 courses served with lovely China on white linens. Fun hats and simple table decor are available at no additional charge.

For CHILDREN's parties (8 to 12 guests) we provide child-friendly tea service and kid friendly (decaf or no-caffeine) teas; guests can wear tiaras and tutus or top hats if they wish. The menu includes sandwiches and savory accompaniments as well as sweet treats (peanut free).

For either party a photo-friendly backdrop is provided. For children's parties a balloon arch can be purchased for an additional fee.

We offer add-ons for just a bit extra: additional or upgraded menu items, custom invitations via email or USPS, and/or party favors. We can also work with you to contract with a local photographer for the event. We can add a balloon arch and/or balloon decor for an additional fee.

You are welcome to, create your own theme when you host a tea party at a location other than Phoenix Pharmacy; please let us know your vision for theme/decor so we can prepare accordingly.

We cannot accommodate special-diet menus at this time. The only exception at this time is that our children's menu is peanut free.

We ask that you allow us to take photos for promotional purposes. We will have release forms for guests to sign available at the event.

We offer event packages of pre-bagged single-serve teas (1 to 3 kinds of tea); minimum quantity is 50 tea bags. For orders placed less than 5 business days prior to the event rush charges apply. Email asullivan@jacksonavenuetea.com to inquire.
