Hibiscus flower petals

For Peak Enjoyment

HIbiscus tea stands alone as an herbal drink - hot or cold. It is also a fabulous addition to your favorite black tea; our staff recommends our Ceylon Kenilworth Kandy. Sweeten to taste.

Hibiscus is known all over the world for its showy, beautiful blooms; the beauty of the bright red flowers shines in the vivid, dark pink color of the tea that brews from its blooms.  Hibiscus Petals yield a tangy, sweet taste. Some say it reminds them of pomegranate; others notice cranberry-like notes.  Especially if you’re enjoying Hibiscus Petals hot, you’ll notice a bright, floral aroma as you sip.

Enjoy Hibiscus Petals as a stand-alone herbal drink – it works well as a hot drink or as an iced refresher and needs little to no additional sweetener – or blend it with your favorite black tea.  In particular, we recommend combining it with our Ceylon black tea; its tangy sweetness marries perfectly with the citrus notes and mild astringency of Ceylon.
