Our Kimberly Rooibos herbal blend is a delightful cup with very mildly astringent red rooibos leaves as the woodsy base. The addition of linden blossoms and rose petals adds floral fragrance and light sweetness that pair nicely with the slightly sour, acidic notes of lemon and orange pieces. 

Kimberly Rooibos brews a beautifully red liquor that is excellent served hot, even without added sweeteners; though, if you must, we recommend a mild honey such as clover or orange blossom as its complement.

We also partner with several local retailers in East Tennessee who offer a curated selection. There are also cafes in our area that serve our tea hot or cold! We source our tea from reputable and consistent wholesalers from all over the world. Tea does not grow in our East Tennessee climate.
